WHAT DOES THE WORKSHOP ADDRESS?

The workshop will address the use of Safety-II in a variety of fields and for various purposes ranging from safety related investigations, performance analysis, organizational management and development, individual and organizational learning, and resilience.

Date: February 25-27

The workshop is a three day event from February 25th - 27th.

Location: St. Petersburg, FL

The workshop will be held at the Hyatt Place in Downtown St. Petersburg, FL.

Cost: $800

The workshop cost includes lunches every day and coffee/tea in the mornings. The hotel also offers free breakfast.

Number of attendees will be limited to ensure that we maintain a workshop feel. We expect to sell out very early.

This will be the only Safety-II workshop with Dr. Erik Hollnagel in the US for 2019. The workshop will focus on practical application of Safety-II that you can use in your company today.

This will be the only Safety-II workshop with Dr. Erik Hollnagel in the US for 2019.

The design team includes Erik, Ron Gantt, Beth Lay, Terry Fairbanks, David Provan, and myself, Tom McDaniel. We have assembled a program that we believe will be the greatest value to you.

Industry experts, including Jeff Lyth, Chris Nemeth, Dan Eisenberg, Asher Balkin will join us. We have a dual track on Day 3 for those wishing to spend more time with the experts or learn more about a Resilience Engineering approach to Safety-II.
